"First room I paid for which said ocean view with a sofa was just a bed. So then moved to an interior room with a window looking into a conference room. Of course no adjustment to what I paid. But worst was they had no hot water and knew it but don’t tell their guests. What an awful experience!!"

We arrived late Friday evening and checking in the attendant said, “I knew this would happen we are overbooked and your room isn’t available” and stated I had only paid for 1 night when in fact it was 2 nights and I had the receipt to prove it.
