Hotels in El Parque

Amazing hotel with their best spontaneously fermented Belgian style beer in Mexico. We will be back again soon. The property has so many options with the spa, pool, and multiple restaurants.

We very much like this hotel but did have a disturbing incident. Our room had an adjoining door to the next room. Some time after checking in we heard sounds coming from the adjoining room. Suddenly the door opened and then was quickly closed from the other side. I checked the door by opening it and when I looked at the door itself it appeared that it had a deadbolt drilled for at the base but there was no deadbolt. I reported all this to the front desk. They said security checked the other...

Buen estacionamiento y elevadores

Great place to stay, near towncenter, just walking around ans it was really nice. I'm a kind of regular client.

Whether it was amazing, safe stay, very good breakfast,

desde que llegue el trato fue excelente.

Clean, crisp, friendly hotel in city center. Delightful neighborhood with many shopping and restaurant opportunities.

We were greeted by the staff in a way that felt very welcoming. The shuttle service to the airport was arranged by the staff the night before and they were very prompt the morning of departure. We had an early flight, so a quiet room was very important to get a good night rest (they exceeded our expectations). Our room was very spacious and very clean. The restaurant in the hotel was a plus and food and service was exceptional. We will definitely stay again in Alcampo and refer our friends and...

Hotel Mama Carlota was a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and my room was clean and comfortable. I also appreciated how quiet the location was, while still being convenient for exploring Querétaro. The shower had plenty of hot water, which was a big plus. The only small thing that would have made the stay even better would be having coffee available in the room, but there is a coffee shop downstairs, so it was easy to grab one in the morning. Overall, I had a great...

Bien servicio, Personal amable

This was a perfect hotel for us. Great location, very clean, comfortable rooms, great staff and very quiet.

This area is very nice, quiet, safe & local. The staff here has been very pleasant & helpful. We even got to know one of them personally which was unexpected, & looked forward to our visits with her personally!

Es una de las mejores estadías que he tenido para ese precio. El staff muy atento, les agradezco su atención.

The shower was awkward. It's a spa shower with lots of pressure. However, the shower stall was small and on a diagonal and all the water just splashed all over the place. It was on the floor outside of the stall. Even with the door tightly closed, the floor on the outside was wet.

All good little noise from outside but nothing serious

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel that exceeded my expectations! The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathrooms were modern and spotless, featuring stylish fixtures that added a touch of luxury. One unique feature that caught my eye was the mirror on the ceiling, which added an interesting twist to the room's ambiance. I also appreciated the yoga chair, perfect for relaxation and stretching after a long day. Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable,...

Fenomenal!

Very centric and comfortable
