"The room was clean. The staff was friendly. It was a great location with a grocery store across the street and near a Tim Hortons and only a 15 minute walk to the sea Tower. We would definitely stay here again."

"Room and property extremely clean, stayed for a 2 day solo trip after a work conference. Perfect area to walk about 25 mins to the main city sights. Near by many many restaurants. Overall, city feels safe and clean. "

"Hotel is not that easy to get to either by car or transit. Nice location on a park with walking trails but it is not close to downtown. Decor is tired and my balcony door opened but really took a great deal of effort to close so I could lock it at night. Bathroom floor could have been cleaner."

"We had a nice stay, the staff were all very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was great, lots of options. Our room and the entire hotel was very clean. The only thing that missing is a restaurant or bar with seating. There is a small bar at the entrance of the hotel, but only a few tables in the lobby to sit at. Food options were disappointing, and not being able to order the food / drinks up to the room wasn’t the best. Overall we enjoyed our 3 night stay."

"Hands down one of the best places I’ve ever stayed! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by amazing staff, and the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. It’s a very popular hangout spot, but it’s still easy to get into the bars and restaurants without long waits. Ari at Reign was hands down the best bartender in Toronto! The staff even checked in daily via text to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything, which was a really nice touch. The only downside was everything is closed by midnight, and during the week, not much opens before 11am. Other than that, 10/10 — I will definitely stay here again when we’re back in the area!"
