Amazing hotel with VERY HELPFUL staff. Girl friend forgot where she parked the car, then to top it off she lost the keys. Hotel staff tried to open car once they found it. They were unsuccessful so they arranged a locksmith to open it and make a new key.

Great location coz it’s attached to Robinsons. I loved it that they call taxi for you & write down # along with your room #. Felt very safe & the hotel was very spacious & clean.

Just feel like if I’m paying the extra fee to go to the executive lounge, they should be a little more understanding in people‘s needs and wants

The staff were so polite and the service was fantastic. They helped us figure out transportation, held doors and took care of our luggage. Best hotel stay I have ever had.

WOW WOW WOW, I am a pilot and stay in hotels all over the USA. I have been here to Philippines 4 times and this is the most amazing place I have stayed yet. I know its new but it is defiantly a top notch Marriot. All the staff are so amazing and personal. I enjoy all the updated features, ac is perfect, lights are bright and work, shower has HOT Water one thing most hotels here DON'T HAVE ANY OF!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for a great place with all the quality imagined.

Really kind + friendly staff, good breakfast, clean / modern rooms with cold AC. I felt so relaxed and at home here, would totally stay here again!

Thank you

What is there not to like about this property. Ive been staying at this hotel for the past 3 years and the only thing i can say is that the hotel and its staff is awesome! The location is great since its only a 15 min walk to the Ayala Mall and there is a 7-11 right next door to it. The breakfast buffet is great with a large variety of food and drinks. The rooms are kept very well and clean. Had no issues with the facilities. The staff was always courteous, hospitable and wjlling to help me with...

Pool and private beach are wonderful and staffs are very kind. They cleaned the room three times a day.

Awesome hotel experience!

For almost 3 weeks we stayed we enjoy everything breakfast was very good everydays different menu. Thank you very much!

Staff is UNMATCHED and superb. Hotel sits right on the beach with 2 pools. There are plenty of beach chairs by the pool and on the beach. We only walked on the beach because it was just too hot to sit out there. Breakfast buffet had everything, Asian and western. There are plenty of activities to do on the resort. We saw people snorkeling, doing yoga, playing volleyball, etc. They have 24-hrs room service, which was great because we checked into our hotel about 10pm so was able to order...

The service and rooms of the hotel are very nice and clean. The buffet is amazing as well as the roof top pool and bar. This hotel has a lot of nice amenities and the view was outstanding from the room we had. The only thing I could say I didn’t like is when I go outside and walk to the mall across the street, as soon as you turn the corner the smell is awful. I also tried the steakhouse and the food was amazing!! Cooked the way I ordered!! I would definitely stay again.

I did not know that this resort was undergoing a soft opening upon our visit. We had searched on Agoda and Orbitz and this place kept popping up. Photos looked good and the rates seemed a good value. We booked 4 days 3 nights here in a standard room. Although Google maps took us off-roading we finally got on track and arrived safely. It's ashame we arrived after dark as you cant truly experience the beauty of the exterior architecture at night. The bell-boys helped us unload our luggage and...

Stayed here 5 days very happy with my stay! Its a great place to stay at a great price! Food is great! Staff is very helpful and friendly! Will stay again!

I booked this Hotel for my wife and her sister they said it was fine.

I really liked this hotel. Stayed in Cebu for a month. Used this as my home base while traveling around to some different locations. The hotel was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant had good good. I was really impressed with the free breakfast also. Not some garbage buffet, they actually serve you like a regular restaurant and you order which breakfast you want. All of the staff at the hotel are super friendly and courteous. The door men at the front will help you...

I love how clean and tidy the whole place is. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I requested extra items in the room and they supplied it promptly. We had to leave early one morning and was going to miss the free breakfast but the staff packed us food to go. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who will stay in Cebu City.

Imagine being swept off your feet at all avenues during a hotel stay because that’s what this place does. I booked the oceanfront villa and WOW!!! This hotel puts that extra personal touch on class and service. Along with my villa I received tea, snacks, welcome necklace and separate personalized check in away from the crowd. Next I was escorted all the way to my villa whom had my luggage delivered to me. Participated in a cultural ritual before entering my villa, shown every aspect of my room...
