El lugar con muy mal aspecto, las sábanas y cortinas de baño quemadas por cigarros, sucias las habitaciones, cucaracha en la habitación, muy mal servicio, solo ponen dos juegos de toallas en la habitación aún sabiendo que somos tres, incluyendo a un niño. "This is a high-volume hotel that feels “tired” and overdue for renovation, aside from a few areas like the conference section. The hallways are dim, carpeting is worn, elevator buttons don’t light up, etc. Despite charging a $35 resort fee, if you want to actually "beach it" for a few hours, a beach chair comes with a $29 rental fee. In our room, the outlets were loose and unreliable for charging, and the toilet continued running for a couple of minutes after flushing. There was no hair dryer (we did get one), and the bathroom didn’t feel particularly clean, with a stained vanity. It's overpriced and dated. On the positive side, the gym is bright and well-equipped, though it needs better ventilation —it was uncomfortably hot. The staff, however, were friendly and professional. I'm not a Starbucks fan so I was delighted there was a Dunkin directly across the street that opened at 5:30 am."

"Great location 5 minute walk to the pier. Rooms have great view of the marina and pool and the beach. Room spacious and clean and super comfortable beds. Restaurant on first floor is decent and really nice staff, good prices for the area. Great pool and deck. Only complaint is no ice machine that we could find. Keep in mind Clearwater beach is a lively party type area and you will hear the music and fireworks from the pier. "
