The place was really nice. It would have been the perfect place if they trim the tree down so first floor occupants can see the lake as advertised. The view was partially obscured by several trees. I would never recommend staying on the first floor. Overall it was a nice place to stay.
Nice private property that was fairly quiet. They did not insulate the walls between the units so you could hear everything in the room next to you. Loved the walk in multi head showers.
We always stay here when we come to Branson, the rooms are spacious and exactly what we need. The pool and hot tub are great and the kids love the mini golf and snow cones on Saturday nights! Our room was clean but had a STRONG curry smell from the moment we walked in and for the entire 5 days we stayed. Even after buying air fresheners etc. keep in mind, when you check in, you’ll have to get your “parking pass” from the desk across from the check in desk. This is a trick to get you to sign up...
First time staying in a B&B. This was such a pleasant experience. The owners were very easy to talk too. Our room was exceptionally nice with a comfortable bed. Nice having your own AC unit in your room. Breakfast was delicious and enjoyed the other guest in conversation. I love that the love for Jesus is welcomed and felt there. When you walk in christian music is playing. I felt as tho I was right at home. Highly suggest the Bradford B&B.
Loved the stay. Great atmosphere. Wonderful location with rich history. Only complaint if I had one would be the mattress wasn’t the most comfortable and had a swale in the middle otherwise would highly recommend.
Our room was clean, including the bathroom. The breakfast was great..eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, etc.
Enjoyed the ice cream and cobblers available every evening at no charge. The lady at the check in was very nice and welcoming. Our only complaint would be the air conditioner was extremely loud each time it came on. Other than that, would definitely recommend this place!
The breakfasts were very good and were managed very well. There was an evening treat of cobblers, cookies and ice cream that were very good after an evening show.

I have to say my family and I took a trip from Texas to Branson. An we decided to power through the day before check in. We arrived 6hrs before check in. An guess what they checked us in at 7am. Kindest staff I ever Had.
We have stayed at many hotels over the years in Branson. This is among the best. Great staff, great breakfast, great location. Good water pressure in shower and plenty of hot water. Indoor pool are and pool were clean. It is a bit dated and our ac was very noisy at times, but all in all a great experience.
The stay was wonderful! At least to us it was .. our room was on the second floor facing the pool. Our room was pleasant, clean and just perfect for what we needed for a two day stay in Branson and the breakfast was delicious each morning . Most importantly to me the management are Christians and I loved that ! The atmosphere was amazing you could feel the love of God when She (The Manager) was in the room !
