Very friendly staff on check in. We were asked if we had a floor preference. Room was nice and clean when we entered room. Had a faint smell of bleach which was a comfort. Room was stuffy but once we got the air on it was comfortable. Breakfast had lots of options from dry cereal, oatmeal, toast, pastries, and hot food of sausage gravy and biscuits, egg white omelets, and link sausage. Something for everyone. Food was hot and breakfast area was clean. Staff were cleaning tables as guest moved....

Best pillows I’ve ever slept on. Need prices on the menu. The food was good. I got a stomach ache as soon as I saw the bill.$50 for a soda and burger is crazy!

Everything was great, I have no complaints about the facility or the staff. The room was great and the check-in and check-out were easy. However, a previous guest left a used famine pad in the bag that holds the hair dryer. When my wife opened the bag to use the hair dryer, the smell was terrible. Had she turned on the dryer, the entire hotel would have smelled like fried catfish. The staff was horrified and apologetic when we reported the issue. We loved our stay and we felt very safe. Our rooms smelled lovely and very clean. Everyone was very nice. I already booked again this summer because we loved our stay. This was actually one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

I loved this hotel being pet friendly but not much grassy area for dogs to go but that's not the hotels fault. Hotel was really nice and the staff were very friendly.

My husband was a patient at Riverside Hospital while I stayed at TownPlace Suites. My favorite clothing store, Talbots, is across the street. There is Whole Foods, a bakery, Athleta, and other fine stores and restaurants. It takes 8 minutes to drive to Riverside. I feel very safe in this area of Columbus.

We really had a great experience, we took advantage of the free dinner which was a huge savings with 7 year old twins and the free breakfast. I don’t drink alcohol but they also offered 3 free drink vouchers! The staff were the friendliest I’ve ever experienced. This is now our hotel brand of choice when traveling!
