"I had a wonderful stay, with everything I needed. Spacious, with everthing I needed to cook a light meal. The brekkie to go was wonderful with a great coffee machine. "

"The air conditioner didn't work for about 5 hours. The shower drain was blocked and there wasn't enough drainage, making the whole shower a slip and trip risk. The toilet didn't flush properly. The shampoo / conditioner, bodywash / handwash had a strange, mouldy smell. One room service Chocolate Milkshake cost $26. They charge like they are 5 stars, but the Junior Suite (which was supposed to be one of the nicer rooms) was not pleasant. Parking was a problem. The secure parking left many people "parked in", as guests parked in non-parking areas. The pool is accessible via a driveway, so you have to walk through a car park to get to it - not ideal for couples, singles or families.
On a positive note, the staff were friendly and the Roof Top Bar had lovely views (if a limited menu). My advice is to visit the Roof Top Bar for drinks or a meal, but skip staying here."
