"So this hotel was absolutely AWFUL. Driving in my heart sank. The photos are not accurate. It is beyond dirty outside. The rooms inside are from 1970. The toilet would not flush properly. Everything felt really ancient and in need of a deep clean. Sadly, I think this was one of the worst experiences of my life. Breakfast ! A joke. We had people above us that kept us awake all night; this is not the hotels fault but why put them on top of us when the place was deserted? Just a terrible experience overall. For the money!!! Really Ick. "

"The room was clean, but areas getting to the room are looking tired and the carpets are hanging on by a thread! Perfect for one night for a Grand Prix visit. Very close to the tram line. "

"I booked this room for my mother and sister who were visiting a sick child at the Royal Children’s Hospital. When I checked in I had the overall impression of ‘dirty’. The common corridor was not vacuumed. There were crumbs on the dining room table, sofa pillows felt greasy, balcony was dusty and unusable and the air did not smell fresh. After two hours I checked out. I couldn’t put my relatives in this room. I obtained a nice modern, clean room at the Larwill Studio, adjacent to the hospital, for $35 extra. Definitely learned my lesson for next time. "

"Apartment was fully equipped. However minimal lighting in kitchen and no clean up broom( was given after asking but fit for a child). As there is a kitchen, a normal broom and/or vacuum is required to keep apartments clean. Otherwise, everything else was perfect. "
