"Very old room very plain everything old and outdated continental breakfast was poor went else where for breakfast bed was clean and ok though"

"Be aware that that the ac unit (at least in some units) is incredibly noisy. We slept with the balcony door open, which wasn't much better because of street noise. Staff were lovely and very helpful."

"The stove extraction fan was not working. ( yes I turned on the isolation switch) it was also filthy. Only one toilet roll. No bath at or hand towels supplied. I had to hunt down cleaner to get them. Less the 20 cms from end of bed to wall. Only one large saucepan. No can opener. I found this unit adequate only. I will not stay here again and won’t be recommending it. "

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and spacious with a pretty small balcony looking out to pretty trees. Easy access to the tram for a quick trip to the race course for events or city for everything else! "
