"We loved our 2 night stay. We were in the 2 beds with sofa sleeper room with a kitchen and it exceeded my expectations. There was so much space in the room that we didn’t feel crowded on top of one another. The property and our room was very clean. I don’t have one complaint. The staff was very pleasant. We would definitely stay here again ! "

"Bed too soft worn out, pillows flat worn out , takes a long time to get hot water, restaurant Centennial and menu very boring. Needs more insulation. Noise from lobby, street, and trains. Plus side is the staff is fantastic! Very polite and helpful. Front desk, concierge, and the hostess at the restaurant provided great service! "

"The staff checking out were completely dishonest. I was supposed to receive a receipt via email upon check out and I door receive it! I called other and asked if it could b sent to my email like I was told it would earlier and the lady blatantly lies and pretended to type by email in and said that she sent and I still have yet to receive it! "

"We were told the parking garage was for valet only. Valet costed an extra $60 PER NIGHT. We normally don’t ever use valet. We were told that if we don’t use valet then parking would be at our discretion. There was no other parking close by so basically we were forced to do the valet. We just weren’t expecting to pay an extra $120 plus tips for our stay and that was frustrating. "
