"Great location!
Small and basic but perfect for an easy night or 2 in Barcelona. Clean bed, clean bathroom, clean towels what more can you ask for?
Great location, 15-40 min(max) walk towards most sight seeing.
25 min drive from airport and 25 drive to cruise port.
Lovely reception staff and door staff, self check in was really easy.
Only thing I would say is a lack of kettle / tea coffee for a hot beverage in the morning.
Would recommend for location and value for money."
"The room was exceptional clean and the temperature of the room was maintained at a reasonable level that coming back after a full day outside would always be welcoming. The place for having breakfast was very comfortable and the hugh varieties mean that there is always something to cater for every one. The location of the hotel is only about 5 minutes walk from the Metro station Lesseps on one of the best Metro line route L3 which could conveniently takes you to station Espanya and Catalunya,...
"Everything was perfect. Nadia assisted us with an easy check-in and gave us information on an amazing restaurant that we visited twice. Breakfast was delicious. All staff was courteous and helpful. We would stay here again. Excellent location. Only a couple blocks from the metro."
"Beautiful property at the heart of Barcelona with so many attractions and restaurants nearby. Very clean and convenient and easy to get to. You can easily take a bus from a nearby stop or hop on the metro and go anywhere. Not to mention some of the attractions such as Park Guell and Casa Vicens are like a 10-15 mins walk"
"We ended up with an apartment in the Passage de Gracia block. Modern, spacious and very clean apartment. Extremely comfortable with all the facilities needed for a perfect stay. The location was excellent for visiting this beautiful city eith the main attractions within walking distance.
Victor, the office manager was so very kind, friendly and helpful for which we were grateful. Would highly recommend these apartments if visiting Barcelona"
"Great option in Barcelona, with an excellent location in Gràcia. The area offers plenty of restaurants, bakeries, and markets, and the hotel is conveniently close to the Diagonal metro station. The room was very cozy and comfortable, with a great bed and pillows. The self-check-in process was also smooth and easy, with clear instructions provided.
The bathroom was also excellent, featuring a very nice shower and quality amenities. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
Definitely recommend!"
"The place was surgical suite clean! YEA!! Staff were very nice and helpful. It's quite. Kutchen has a microwave and you can also make tea ir coffee for those late night drinks as dishes are avaliable. Breakfast was a traditional Spanish breakfast with a variety of high quality meats, fruits, veggies breads, pastries, spreads and juices.
Bed was comfortable. I cannot say enough nice things. It's close to public transportation and taxis are outside frequently. The immediate neighborhood is a...
"I came to Barcelona with two friends for Primavera Sound and had a fantastic stay at Hotel Catalonia Park Guell. Affordably priced for an immaculate property not too far from the train in a quiet and authentic neighborhood. The staff was immensely helpful and kind whenever we needed anything. Awesome breakfast and espresso bar in the lobby. The rooftop pool was the awesome way to relax when we needed a break. Would happily stay again-- we all miss it already!"
"Great hotel in a super convenient part of town. Is close to the FGC trains and the metro. Quick access to both Gràcia and L’Eixample! Room was spacious and clean. I have no complaints, would definitely stay here again!"

Such a beautiful place. Old, beautiful, well-maintained and staffed with outstanding young people. I especially enjoyed Maria at the front desk, Jose Manuel our porter. But really, all of them were so helpful and lovely. Charming, even. I love this place. I think I’m too old to make my way back to Barcelona again, but if I did, I’d definitely stay here. Each time we returned to the hotel and were greeted by the doorman, it felt like we were returning to a place that cares about us.
The apartment exceeded our expectations. Check-in was very easy, the neighborhood is great with plenty of markets nearby, you can walk to Sagrada Familia, and it's right near the subway line that takes you to the Ramblas and Montjuic. The only reason it's not 5's across the board is probably typical for these apartments- skimping on little things, like no paper towels or hand soap in the bathrooms. Otherwise it was excellent for our family of 4 (our daughters shared the pull out couch).
The most beautiful well-appointed large apartment/hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Full kitchen with every essential!! The styling, decor and quality surpassed any expectation. Fabulous location on Diagonal/Augusta walking to 4 Guadi houses, Passeig de Gracia and Placa Catalunya. The most beautiful roofdeck in a Central Barcelona! Amazing for a family vacation!!! So wonderful! Thank you Casagrand! Lovely front desk staff. Would love to visit again someday and will always recommend!
I like the cleanliness and space. I dont like that you are supposed to have access to a kitchen but u have to call in order to have it. I feel like thats fake advertising.
What a cute little property. This is a great little hotel in a spot convenient to the metro, an easy walk to Casa MIla, and a great launching point to all that Barcelona has to offer. My room was cozy but offered extras like a fridge and kitchen sink, perfect for stopping at the grocery around the corner and grabbing provisions instead of relying on restaurants for meals. I'd stay here again.
Very pleasant stay. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable. Great breakfast. And the location is ideal, you can walk to Parc Güell, and to Gràcia, where there are endless dining options, and the subway takes you anywhere you want to go.
This was a wonderful location and apartment for our family of 4. The place was clean, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed. In addition, the staff had suggestions to assist in our Barcelona explorations. Tons of restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Great shopping within 10 minutes and lots of landmarks nearby as well. Loved our stay here!
Our apartment (3BR + 2.5 bath) was very spacious and comfortable for 6 people (4 adults + 2 kids). It was also clean and included nice products in the bathroom, along with some basics like a kitchen cleaning kit (including laundry soap), coffee + creamer pods, and olive oil + S&P. Perfect location as well, with a market right on the corner, and plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions in walking distance. The only downside was the upstairs neighbors were very loud late into the first night,...
The hotel has very nice, tidy facilities. The location is great, close to restaurants, metro station and shopping streets. The room was very clean, beds comfortable BUT it was a little small and uncomfortable for 3 people.
Easily accessible to multiple famous areas! Grocery store is less than a minute walk but the only downside is if you’re like me and want to go to bed early there’s a restaurant right there so you can hear all the hustle and bustle. Otherwise great place to stay!
Cute property! Has a sink inside room and they provide you with towels. You do have to share a bathroom, but kept very clean. Loved that it has breakfast included!
Quiet neighborhood. If you are walking to property and have luggage, be ready for the incline walk.
