The staff were very helpful—every time we returned to the hotel with shopping bags, they would carry them for us and even help bring them up the stairs. Even in the heat, they offered us water to keep us hydrated. It felt very safe and truly like a home away from home."

"Although it’s not even located near the actual Dongdaemun area, they still named it “Dongdaemun.” As a tourist unfamiliar with Korean administrative districts, I was quite frustrated — I felt deceived, having expected to be within walking distance of Dongdaemun Culture Park Station and the Dongdaemun shopping district. "Great hotel all round, handy location from metro and walking to some main sights. Shops, restaurants and super markets nearby. Clean room, very comfortable bed (the pillows were amazing), bottles of water provided every day, tea and coffee in the room. Great selection at breakfast for both Asian and Western tastes. All staff were really friendly. The only improvement for me would be to speedup the elevator..... it takes ages to arrive."

"One of the best hotels in Korea. Breakfast was absolutely amazing! Swimming pool was so fun and they did outdoor concert for swimmers. It was so fun. The Room was well maintained and clean. We stayed during the hot summer but the blanket was heavy, seemed for winter. Toiletries are not complimentary."
