"Wonderful staff, Gary and Lynn were great help! Beautiful rooftop bar, 17 floors high to look over the great city night lights. The hotel room was very clean, the soaking tub was great at the end of a long day. Only downside was the bed was much more firm than I prefer. "

"Palais de Chine is well placed near the HSR, MTR and Bus Stations. It is easy to move from the hotel around the city via these modes of transport. The hotel is next door to a major shopping centre which is very handy. Our room was comfortable, clean and the entire staff were very welcoming. The buffet breakfast is very expansive! A great 3 day stay."

"No breakfast, AI service if coming in early. Press the intercom next to the machine to talk to a real person. Nearer to bus stops to come ding and 10 minute walk to dao-something yellow line. Free water. Staff is super on point when cleaning. Always getting fresh towels. "

"Staff Tu was amazing helping me with a few issues during my stay. The limited breakfast and snacks were a bonus! The room smelled a bit since there was no window and Taiwan is so humid. Other guests are very noisy in the halls and use the hair dryers at 3am/6am! First time I’ve had to wear ear plugs to bed at a hotel. "
