"I spent a good time there. Room is kept clean, staff are nice, breakfast its quality is great. Location is also perfect, which is accessible to any place. If i visit Taipei, i will choose your hotel again. "
"Close to MRT subway & main train station with free shuttle service to them 3 times per day.
Excellent staff, very helpful & friendly.
Walk to Dihua St. where there were many shops & stalls. "
"Convenient location and a great hotel. Breakfast was superb. The Q Square Mall beside the hotel was a one stop shop - has restaurants, a grocery, a movie house, train access, and a lot of food options."
"I have stayed at The Door Inn for three periods including one of 12 days. Throughout I found the Hotel suited my needs perfectly being clean, quiet and with just the necessary facilities and services. Highly informal, light-touch, administration and very accommodating to my needs and schedule. I found it ideally located."
"Great location. Only 1 block away from Taipei Sta.
Staff speak English fluently.
Good for tourists who walk around Taipei city and go for day-trip out of Taipei. Highly recommended to budget tourists."
"Room is clean, easy check in & check out, right at the night market, it can be pretty noisy during the night because it’s right at the Main Street, but it didn’t bother us that much. The included breakfast was impressive, lots of choices, you can even make your own noodles. We will definitely come back. Highly recommend. "
"I loved my stay at hu house. The breakfast was delicious . The hotel was near everything which made it so easy to use bus and train. Will definitely return"
"Clean room located in convenient location. Decor was modern and inviting. Plenty of free amenities including tea, coffee and small snacks provided. Quite a pleasant experience overall."
"Good location and helpful staff all around.
(I believe I left behind a pair of black gym shoes in the room-212. If you recover them, can you hold them until December - we will be back. Thanks!)"
"Perfect location — just a 5-minute walk from Beimen Station, and convenient for taking the Airport Express Train. I stayed for 8 nights and everything was awesome! Slept very well, and the common area was great. I would definitely stay here again."

Amazing staying.
Just one friendly reminder that this place may not suitable for senior due to walk up (3 levels) without elevator.
The rest was perfect.
I’ve stayed in many hotels near Taipei Main Station and the Zhongshan area and this is by far the best bang for your buck in terms of comfortable rooms, good a/c during the summer, soundproof walls/doors and a very useful common area with free laundry, coffee, kitchen facilities (refrigerator, microwave, toaster, sink) and a generous seating area for lounging and eating. I would definitely stay here again!! (And bonus: it’s a 5 minute walk to Sihai Soy Milk for excellent Taiwanese breakfast!)
Very nice hostel with great common area and clean/modern rooms (i had a private room). The location is also a big plus, being very close to transport and in the middle of everything!
I loved my stay there and i highly recommend it.
Very French motif & ambience. Lobby & restaurant were a little dark for our taste but pleasant, nonetheless. Rooms were very comfortable, clean & well stocked. Staff was super friendly & helpful. Breakfast buffet was sumptuous with wide selection. Dining was awesome with very, very reasonable prices. Convenient to train & bus stations with many dining options in the main terminal. Overall, a great experience. Will definitely go back.
Small Boutique hotel. Quiet. Great staff - very helpful and kind. Property is tucked in an old neighborhood- not far from Taipei Main Station. They have a wonderful treats corner open 9am-9pm daily - for free. Lots of food options around the hotel.
The hotel is in a great location for shopping and food as well as transportation. The BEST thing about it, though, is the wonderful couple who manage the property. They are lovely and way beyond helpful.
Few blocks to Dihua district which is amazing tourist attraction. Rooms are quiet, wonderful breakfast buffet. Free shuttle to Taipei main station and Ximending which was a nice perk. It is 15 min. walk to the closet MRT thru major streets very busy, so don't advise to walk from the station to the hotel with luggages.
We arrived close to midnight and were greeted at the front desk. The bed was comfortable. Everything was nice. We were in a hurry to leave early the next morning to do a cycling excursion around the city. We did not plan to eat breakfast at the hotel, but we did check it out on the way down. We’re were blown away by the beautiful dining room and the breakfast buffet! So we stayed and ate! There were many choices for plant based eaters like we are. A nice, big surprise. We will stay at Hu House...
I stayed at DG Hotel for three nights. The room I got is small but very practical. They keep it very clean. There is house keeping every day. The hotel is located at a convenient location -- close to tourist spots, night markets, metro, and bus lines. It's not hard to get to from the airport. You just take the airport express train to Taipei Main Station and one more very short cab ride or metro trip will take you to the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and...
