Ok, I was admittedly reluctant to book an unknown place, and particularly in Naples. Naples is a crazy city (think NYC on steroids) and not my favorite, but we had to stay the night because of travel connections. The most difficult part was having a clear understanding of how you access the NAP guest house from the street address. Piazza Bovio is a well known traffic circle and No. 22 is on one side. Taxis have no trouble finding it or dropping you off. Once there, you go past an entry gate...

This hotel is absolutely delicious in every way, except finding it.
Being city dwellers from LA and quite street savvy, we ignored previous reviews and attempted to drive there ourselves. DO NOT. Unless you want to fight with your partner for 2 hours and absolutely hate the place before you even arrive. Just park the car in a safe lot and take a taxi- or better yet, don't bring a car at all.

This was a single night stay for our 3rd year anniversary. This hotel gave us an upgrade at check-in, and it made a great impression on us. We had a really nice spacious balcony, and spacious room, not to mention a very clean and spacious bathroom. I liked the properties conditions, very clean and confortable, great and conveniently located. The staff and service was excellent, but unfortunately in occasion the surrounding area was not at the level of the quality of the property.
Amazingly helpful staff through the check in and out process. Flexibility with allowing us to store luggage for a late night flight and prompt communication made this experience amazing. Highly recommend.
The thing about this hotel is that it probably got a 5star rating because it was on the water and it deserves a 5star rating for bringing or near the town of Ponte,it's remarkable restaurants,it's history and wonderful people.
Very nice hotel. Ischia is very spread out so you do need to take a lot of expensive taxis. Hotel was beautiful with a great staff. Breakfast was very nice each day.
The room and bathroom were clean, spacious and the lighting was great. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious offering a wide array of things to choose from including delicious Italian baked goods.
The staff was great and so helpful trying to make our stay an enjoyable one.
We would definitely recommend this hotel.
