"Staff were really kind - just note that there is a one pet policy per room, which is not published on here. Staff were helpful about our multi-pet situation. Room was tidy, but not completely clean. Found grape stem on the ground and a fake lash in the bed from a previous guest. Fine for a one night stay."

"Nice location near the Saint Sauveur district which has great restaurants and bakeries. I didn't realize the hotel doesn't have an elevator, which was difficult for my 93 yr old mother, but they helped accommodate us by moving us to the 1st from the 3rd floor. Bianca especially was always super helpful and patient."
