"The room was a perfect spot to cool down and relax in between our adventures! The staff were fantastic, the room was a little small but just perfect for two. Located very close to a lot and a short walk from the beach as well!"

"Absolutely will not be back to this property, as a frequent Hilton Rewards member this experience has been the worst. Our room at no hot water for 24hrs with the engineer saying just let it run. The next day I requested a new room, which was accommodated yet the room was dirty and housekeeping refused to clean it as she stated “she already cleaned it” but offered the cleaning towels and spray for us to clean ourselves. Shower light was broken and key pad battery died leaving us to wait yet again for someone to come and fix something. This property offered back the resort fee as a refund as this stay was over 1400.00 for our stay. Not even willing to give up a full night refund, the stay was not welcoming and very rude. We will not be back to the property which is sad because it really set the tone for Puerto Rico for us and I did not enjoy. "

"My room had an odor coming from the bathroom. The hallway carpet is very stained. My room was very nice but the drawer from underneath the refrigerator is oxidized. The staff amazing especially The restaurant breakfast staff, two pool young men who waited on us! The front desk, we love Jafar! We were a group of 7."

"Overall, a great experience and stay. Staff was responsive and helpful. It is a small boutique, hotel hotel, so know that you will hear hallway noise and doors opening and closing as your neighbors come and go. For LGBTQ+ travelers, this place was very welcoming and friendly. Bar and restaurant experience were also great. We spent several days having cocktails. Bartenders were friendly, made strong drinks, and remembered us from one day to the next."
