"Excellent check in with the staff utilising the latest check in guidance. Really appreciate the green aspect of the hotel. Beautiful carafe to transport filtered water. Espresso machine was also available. The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained The bathroom was good with some lovely body wash and shampoo. We used the bar and the staff were really attentive. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel."

"Fantastic location and super easy check in via codes sent by email. We arrived before the official check in time to drop our bags but yhe room was ready for use. Super clean and tidy. A bit of a climb to our top floor room but we made it unscathed. The room reflects the excellent value and we will definitely book again."

"Fantastic facilities, everything you needed including a washer dryer. Very helpful and friendly staff, great location as we where visiting a venue at Hoxton square , plenty of shops bars coffee shops nearby, one tiny negative, our bathroom was very small, a couple of hooks for towels would be useful, overall we would highly recommend"

"Family Room was just big enough for the four of us - double, single and a cot. Youngest (10) got the cot which was not as comfortable as the beds but worked for a short trip (4 nights). Clean, safe area. Close to underground and a bus stop right outside. Easy to get to all the major London attractions. Would highly recommend for those looking for a budget friendly option. "

"This place was a great pick for our trip, it's in a convenient location, easy access to public transportation, restaurants and suoermakets. I especially appreciated the frequent communications over skype to get our questions asnwered before and after our arrival, host had been friendly and fantastic! The flat also has washer and dry rack! That's honestly what we needed desperately after a week traveling between places! Highly recommended!"
