"Plenty of secure parking at the hotel. It was in a good location to get the tram into the city centre and also to go walking around the lovely lake. I think the only negative was not being able to get a couple of milk portions for my tea as I took my travel kettle with me. I would definitely stay again and also recommend the hotel. "I really love this hotel. It is part of the Contact chain of hotels. The room was nice, clean and spacious. The public tram is only a few minutes from the hotel. Parking is easy and free. There is no laundry facility in this room, though Expedia lists it as one of the amenities. There is a laundromat in the shopping mall close by. Overall, La Provencale is great value for the money. "Our second visit to Apparteo Bordeaux and equally enjoyable! The room on the top floor was spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable with a great terrace for outdoor dining - very relaxing and appreciated as it was 30C+. A lot of renovation of the surrounding area makes for a very pleasant stay with loads of waterside restaurants, the lovely Halles de Bacalan and, of course the Cite du Vin. Can recommend taking the No. 4 bus from directly across the road to the Château de Pape Clemente...
