"Great location and wonderful room. The shower got hot fast, they supply plenty of towels and the beds are very comfortable. Parking is convenient and there are several restaurants right across the street and next door. Would definitely stay again!"

"Super cute spot in the heart of Boystown. Really convenient location for public transit and plenty do within walking distance. It was super easy to check in and out. Would stay here again!"

"Amazing location for the North Halsltead area, but also good for transport in and around the city. Uniquely weird location and place. "

"Great location, short walking distance from Lincoln Park and the lake on one side, and the red line metro station on the other side. The neighborhood gives a British feel on N State Street. The Hotel is very quiet. My room was very spacious (King) and felt recently remodeled (except for the bathroom that was old, but clean). The restaurant/bar is welcoming and the food was good. The only cons could be the crowded elevators (only 2 elevators for a pretty large hotel) but it was Marathon...

"A beautiful hotel, with amazing views, right on the water! The staff was very friendly and there's plenty to do within walking distance. I would highly recommend."

"Clean room, but some scratch and dents here and there. Elevators were quick, but need updating. Lobby was clean, classy and well attended by guests. Location was quiet and upscale. I felt safe in the neighborhood. I would stay here again."

"Great location and helpful staff. Would stay again."

"Great location. Near public transport. Full breakfast buffet. Evening cocktails and food voucher for Hilton Honors customers. Daily housekeeping. Only downers were no concierge for tourist assistance or loaner umbrellas for rainy Chicago travelers."

"Geat spot to explore the north side of Chicago from. A few steps from the Hancock building and great shopping. Loved the bakery and the lounge and the staff was terrific"

"The hotel was clean. Customer service was great very friendly. Valet was excellent. All in all a great stay definitely will return!"

"Everything was perfect. The lobby smells sooo good, every minute of every day! The beds are amazing...housekeeping is impeccable. The people working at the concierge stand outside are so helpful and friendly, and one of them literally stopped traffic so I could walk across State St. to catch my Uber lol. It is within walking distance of fantastic restaurants and the famous River Walk. I LOVE this hotel and will be staying here on my next trip to The Windy City."

"The room was convenient to Northwestern hospital and shopping off of Michigan Avenue. The room was clean, a little loud with street noise until midnight but that is to be expected in a big city. The included breakfast was good. Overall a very good stay."

"The property was well maintained, in a great centralized location. Numerous restraunts and bars within walking distance along with musuems. Not to mention wide variety of retail. Very friendly and helpful staff..."
