"The hotel is beautiful and it’s connected with the
Lotte super store, many luxury brands!!’ There are several restaurants, cafeteria and sweet treats. The staff was very helpful, they contacted travel"
"The hotel was located in a great location, close to many shops, restaurants and the metro. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was very good. I would recommend this place!"
"Centrally located- easy walk to Seomyeon station. Easy to get to various attractions from here. Can take subway to catch KTX at Busan Stayion or can catch a bus easily (if outside of rush hour) right near the hotel to go to KTX station very easily. Spacious, clean, modern - newly renovated rooms. Spa like bathrooms. Great resto/rooftop terrace. Would highly recommend."
"The breakfast was good. Rooms were small and outdated but decent for the price. Location was good if you're wanting to take transit places. It was overall fine. But not like, stellar in any way. This is definitely a budget hotel and you can tell "
"The location is good near the subway, eateries and Lotte shopping mall. Room is clean and spacious, even the toilet. Only drawback is that the shower is not able to separately close off from the rest of the toilet, so the whole area is always slightly wet."
"Close to Seomyeon station. (Exit 11)
There is a convent store, laundry, and gym on the property.
A 10-15 minute walk will place you in the shopping and dining area. "
"Great location next to many small places to eat at Bujeon Market. The Line 1 MRT stops at the hotel intersection. Very central location to see other sites via MRT in Busan. "
"Central location and nearby a main subway hub made it really easy to visit all of Busan. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Would stay again if ever back in Busan! "
"Room was spacious, and clean. Bed was comfortable with queen size but would have been nice if king, however rare to get. Continental breakfast was fine and a good morning start. We had a little trouble locating the hotel as were other Browndots. Seomyeon Location was nice, and near Lotte department store, restaurants , convenient stores and subway stations. The hotel rate was reasonable and I would stay there again. Gimhae airport was about 30 mins away by taxi off hours."
"One of our favorite stays in Korea/Japan!
Our stay in Busan was amazing. Great room. Good space. Clean. Easy to navigate location. Easy Mart downstairs and 7-11 around the corner open 24/7. Subway right there. The washer in the room was a great touch.
We would 100% recommend. Great value."
"Good, central location. I’ve seen people complain about the location of this hotel, but it’s ideal for tourism. Easy to get to all the tourist attractions within 30 minutes (the attractions tend to be at the extremities of the city, so central is good!) washer/dryer in room, can buy detergent from hotel for W1000. Lovely and clean, very modern. Would recommend for tourists in Busan."
"The hotel was in a good central location near the train station. The room was very clean with two toilets and a large shower also, very clean. The beds were very comfortable. They provided lots of water bottles for our sightseeing and excursions. The staff was very helpful and polite. They provided whatever we needed (extra towels, tooth brushes, soap) when requested. Great hotel for me and my family and we highly recommend to visitors/travelers to Busan."

Extremely Happy
“Easy check in and check out. sam at front desk went above his duty to make us feel comfortable and gave advice about things to do in busan. Extremely Happy!”
- here is good
It was great! Check in can be kind of confusing since the desk is on the second floor but the entrance is on the first floor, but we did it with little trouble or hassle. Also, the (24 hr) laundry room might annoy some people, since you have to buy the detergent two floors up, and it's self-pay, two things I did not realize until I had already put my clothes in. I was, fortunately, with a friend, and she obligingly ran up to our room to get my wallet and then to the front desk to get the...
Coming from the states, we are so glad we stayed here. We were looking for a local hotel and not a big name hotel. This was perfect. The people who work here are so helpful. We needed to wash clothes and used our Papago App translator for all the signs (A must have in Korea for English speakers). The hotel is so clean and you don’t need to bring basic toiletries b/c they have them in your room, even skin care. We walked to the shopping area with street food several times and went there for...
The property is wonderful with lots of convenient stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and great shopping location. Clean room, great staff, great location. 10/10
Amidst the hustle and bustle of the city, this hotel has a refreshing feel to it. Its simplistic design make the hotel and its rooms look clean and a good place to rest after a busy day
Very comfortable, clean and accommodating unit. Very close to metro station, good food and shopping. Busan is very spread out and it takes a while to get to many activities because of their being several bays. It is beautiful but make sure you give yourself enough time to see everything you might enjoy.
We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a memorable stay. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, the breakfast was great (they have a mix of western and traditional Korean breakfast items) and there were a lot of options for restaurants within walking distance in the surrounding area. We didn’t take the metro and instead took Ubers and Taxis (to save on time, given the city is quite large and spread out) to see several amazing places. This...
This is a really nice hotel in a very central neighborhood. It's a short walk to the Seomyeon Station so you can easily connect to other stations. It's also very close to Lotte Department store which a big landmark area.
Our room was huge and very clean. The room was as pictured except for the overhead lights. The lighting was yellower and softer.
Staff was very responsive via hotels.com chat and by phone.
