"Great stay at Crossroads Hotel. Friendly check-in staff and a clean room, with secure parking and AC included. The price was good for the area. The hotel lobby is on the 5th floor, and it’s very walkable to Sarit and around Westlands. I asked to move to a quieter room and the staff accommodated it right away. I didn’t have any meals, so I can’t comment on the food. Overall, a good experience."

"Hyatt Westlands: Great Staff and a Convenient Base I had a really good stay at the Hyatt Westlands. The standout was the staff, who were helpful and friendly from check-in to checkout and were always happy to assist with any request. The location is excellent, well placed for getting around and with plenty of options close by, which made the whole stay easy and stress-free. The gym was another highlight. It was well equipped and a great way to keep up my routine while travelling. Overall, this is a great choice for a comfortable stay with attentive service and good facilities in a convenient spot. I'd happily stay again. Rating: 4.5/5"

"This is the best hotel in all of Kenya. And that’s not an understatement and yes, I’ve been to hotels all over Kenya for the last 11 years. Maybe there is a hotel that is drastically nicer and more luxurious up in the Masai Mara like the other JW Marriott in that location that’s $5000 a night or the Ritz Carlton in that area for $5000 a night but for 150-600 USD a night in Nairobi there is nothing better. The quality of the food the furnishings, pool, and all of its many other features is unparalleled. The Hyatt Regency might have a nicer gym, but the JW Marriott is superior in every other way."

"I found the staff ot tb the best part of the stay. Very helpful and welcoming. The room was very clean, and although buildings under construction blocked the view, I still got to see the cityscape from my room. The shuttle service was ideal for getting to and from the airport on time. The driver was very kind and made sure I was picked up and dropped off with care. The restaurant was a plus as I was too exhausted to go looking for food when I arrived. I would recommend this hotel for travellers who want to be closer to nighttime activity and want to remove the stress of arranging how to get to and from the airport. I did not partake of breakfast (not a breakfast person) outside of a cup of coffee, which was delicious."
