Our stay at The Sono was great! We were only staying a night and booked a queen room, and they gave us a free upgrade to a king room since it was unoccupied. The room was fantastic & clean, the breakfast was delicious with lots of variety and the voucher for free street parking made this the best option for our stay. I would definitely stay again.

This lovely hotel is nestled in a neighborhood that is quiet and very upscale. There are several restaurants in the area as well as a bar and restaurant (serving limited light fare) in the hotel lobby. For our purposes, it was located and very walkable. Our room was spacious and very well appointed. We stayed in a deluxe king room that offered a sitting area as well as a sleeping area. We chose this hotel last minute and we were nervous because there were a couple recent negative reviews. There were 4 of us in our family and couldn't find anything negative to say about the hotel. The only disappointing fact was that the rooftop bar was not open but that wasn't a big deal. Everything was very clean. Very pleased would recommend to anyone planning a visit in downtown and looking for a place too stay at a reasonable price love the fact parking is available on site for 39 tax might be a little pricey but it’s way cheaper than most places in down town I payed a total of about $150 including the parking for the night the only thing I did not like was that you can’t control the central air settings it’s controlled by the staff so I had too call a few time about it being cold so they decided too...

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Lincoln. Everyone was helpful, polite, respectful, and positive. The room was clean and comfortable (although a bit outdated). The hotel was close to all sorts of activities and food businesses. We ate at the Americano Restaurant and it was good, very convenient.

Very nice place to stay. We had trouble shutting a faucet off and called the desk. Someone arrived within 2 minutes and solved the issue. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. My only complaint is with the parking. I wish I had had clearer information. We self parked but the garage was located further away than I found acceptable. Also we were charged more than stated to park because again it wasn't clear that I needed to put the parking charge on my hotel bill to get the hotel rate....

Loved the bar in the lobby with the DJ on the Saturday night. Pretty trendy.

I enjoyed my stay here. I didn’t get a chance to experience breakfast or the pool, but it's nice that they're avaliable. I loved the area, very easy to walk for food and entertainment. The bed does need replacing as it makes a squeaking noise when you sit on it and the mattress wasn't that comfortable. Even with that, I would stay here again.

I stayed here to visit my child that attends the Art Institute and I was completely impressed. I will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, walkable to Lake Michigan, Michigan Ave., and lots of restaurants. Wil go back.

Perfect location for our needs, we walked to all the main attractions without issue, 360 Tilt, Sears Tower, Pier, American Girl Doll Store, the Bean, the playground, federal reserve, etc. In fact throughout our 5 day trip we only did ride share once after a long day at the pier. Would stay again.

Good hotel, close to many attractions

This hotel is in a great location. It's walkable to many restaurants and other fun things to do in the city. We went to a Cubs game and were able to walk 5 minutes to the red line, which drops you off right at Wrigley field. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're going to a game but also want to stay in the city! This hotel offers amenities that others do not anymore - free breakfast and a daily complimentary happy hour! The rooms and rest of the property is kept clean, as well....

Big spacious room with complete kitchen. Beautiful views of the city. Restaurants and CVS pharmacy nearby. Decent selection of foods on breakfast buffet. Walking distance to the Navy Pier, Riverwalk and the Millennium Park. Parking garage is great but it is $55/ day extra.

Extremely easy check in, attentive and friendly staff, the attached restaurant and staff where great, we where given a credit to use at the restaurant upon check in at the hotel. The rooms are a bit small, but will do if your single or a couple, we feel the like shower design could be better as it causes water to get on the floor, the downside is parking, but it’s the cost of being in a prime location, I would stay again
