"The whole process of booking, booking in & departing was simple, quick & well organised. Staff were friendly & helpful. The room was spacious, clean & conveniently placed. I liked that the room had no steps & an acccessible bathroom & would've served well for people with disabilities. The Quality Inn is conveniently situated next to a Hotel that served decent, affordable food. It was a great stay. I would recommend it. "

"Very clean room. Friendly check in staff. Stayed in the building closest to the train line (room not facing the station side) could barely hear any noise. Great soundproofing. Easy drive to the Blue mountains area yet close to Penrith for varieties of food options. Biscuits, coffee and banana bread in the lounge area was a bonus. "

"I generally have 2-3 business stays p/week, this hotel is right up there as one of the best. Great rooftop pool and outside bar for that quick unwind after a long day. The staff are super friendly and genuine. Spacious modern rooms with all you need. It’s quiet with good electronics with ample room to work. Parking is onsite and there are lots of close restaurants (tin and wood Italian over road)…they even have an automatic shoe polisher!"
