Hotels in Downtown Austin

"Staff was very friendly and helpful"

"Very nice hotel in a good location. Clean and the staff were very helpful."

"This is a wonderful property. Great price, amazing location, fair parking rate, the best front desk staff (specially Jimena and Brenda) and excellent facilities (we loved the gym and the recreation area in the 4th floor). Can't get any better than this in Austin!"

"The room is simple yet progressive and hip with technology. The lobby and dining area is artsy and representative of Austin and beyond. Most importantly, the staff was extremely hospitable. The staffing model at Citizen M allows for staff to be cross functional and share the tip pool. They appear to work very well together. The location is also perfect if you wish to enjoy Austin’s downtown charm."

"Best downtown location "

"I really enjoyed my 3 night stay. The location is great, nice and quite but not to far from the busy areas of Austin. The staff are fantastic especially Paula, she was very helpful. Breakfast is decent but the gym has what you need but basic."

"Everything about the hotel was very good but the location. It is a bit of a walk to most of downtown. The best part was Rainey Street was directly behind the hotel. I would definately stay at the hotel again as the staff was pleasant, the rooms were clean, and the overall property was in great shape. Location was just a little off for us."

"Loved this hotel, we stayed nearby for a concert, the room was so comfortable, spent some time by the pool and it was enjoyable although for a weekend we expected the pool bar to stay open later, it closed at 5pm"

"We had a wonderful stay and were very pleased with the room, value and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful!"

"Clean room, nice and helpful staff. Location close to everything near down town or Barton springs. Walking distance to restaurants and bars on 6th street. "

"Everything was great, very clean"

"Nice comfy hotel with restaurant and bar onsite in the heart of downtown Austin "

"Great place to stay in Austin! Had back to back shows at Emo’s and this place was super convenient. Austin music themed so that felt appropriate, super clean, beds comfy, would def stay here again!"
