The hotel and staff were wonderful. We had the best breakfast during our trip here, and the ladies working the breakfast dining room were the nicest and most attentive we have had in a long time. Too bad we didn't have time to enjoy the rooftop terrace.
The hotel was close to everything…the trains and the old town. Very walkable. The hotel itself was very beautiful and the staff were all so helpful and very kind. There are a lot of food options nearby and of course shopping in the old town area. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again. Thank you for everything!
PS if you need a late night bite, eat at Dr. Falaflo, which is nearby. Sooooo good!!
Very nice hotel in a Graz Messe, which is a little outside city center but retail and restaurant options were available around the hotel, and Graz is a very walkable and bikeable city with many transit options. Hotel staff were very friendly and allowed us to stay parked for a few additional hours after check out so we could explore the city more.

The Chrizz Rooms Hotel was beautiful, modern, and exceptionally clean. The check-in process was entirely self-service, which was a new experience for us. Although we were initially unsure of what to expect, we found the process to be quick, straightforward, and very efficient. The hotel also provided complimentary coffee and spring water, which was a thoughtful touch and added to our overall comfort.
