"I have stayed at over 100 hotels in 6 years. This is your typical timeshare over promising under delivering horrible customer service (and food) I was here for emergency medical treatment and booked last minute. My husband had to join me unexpectedly and everything I was promised for doing their 3 hour time share presentation wasn’t delivered. When he arrived he paid 4 days for food. (We were already planning on leaving) mid day day 4 they locked him out of the room stating he didn’t pay. Next day I went to my medical treatment and he went and found other accommodations. (Paid another day for no reason because they locked us out again) housekeepers were great. Tipped them $20 each visit. Mgt extremely horrible. "

"One of the room that we stayed in was good. But the room my sister was staying, the shower water was Flowing in the whole bathroom. It was clogged and was smwlling like SEWAGE ‼️‼️ We told two people and no one did anything. When we reported again they said there was no ticket submitted by them. It was so bad that they behaved that way. I was so disappointed. The rooms are like 600$ a night 👎👎👎 We had to use towels to stop the water coming into the bed room.👎👎"

"Many issues with this place. First of all, the check in experience was terrible. Armando at the front desk is very rude. The place is pretty much a 2 star in my opinion. The food options were ok but not great. The rooms were just ok. The service overall was not great."

"Amazing rooms and views of the arch, Incredible resort, felt very private with amazing amenities while also being so close to great beach front with plenty of amusement and local shopping. Cannot wait to go back and I typically stay at very luxurious hotels!"
