"Room was good but was noisy from constant traffic right outside the room! The internet service is terrible. Probably an original system as the signal was weak and would drop off constantly or disappear completely. We tried multiple devices and it was the same on all over 2 days. The room also suffered from the usual hotel problem of insufficient coat hangers. 5 between 2 adults doesn’t work."

"Great facilities for our teenage/tween children. They enjoyed all that was available, gym, pools, sauna, spas, tennis, hoops, squash etc... The staff were incredible best service I have experienced in a long time. The grounds were stunning. Great location - close to bike tracks and all that Taupo has to offer. The rooms were clean but quite dated the whole place could do with a refurbish (new carpets and bathrooms.) I would recommend eating out we did not think much of the food (breakfast buffet and restaurant.)"

"The motel is well located, with good parking. The room was fine, however the cleanliness isn’t good. They clean around everything, not under things, into corners etc. there was no room service. I’d call it budget accommodation at best."
