Receptionsts/front desk folks were very accommodating. Waitperson for dinner was wonderful.

This is a great hotel and very attractive with its mid-century design. The staff are so nice and remember me when I return. Absolutely recommend if you are in Salo, Finland!

We are surprised to see the one bedroom apt has two bathrooms. Also the amenities very well met all our needs. The check in/out is super easy. The location is good and it's right in the city centor. The laudry also comes handy. The luggage lockers are very helpful after checking out before leaving the city. The communication with Bob W. is very efficient. We really enjoyed the stay and will definitely recommend it to our friends.

Outstanding quality well-equipped room in renovated institutional building (former psychiatric prison) perched on top of a hill, short (but steep) walk down to river or into center of town - completely unattended with fully automated check in (no problem) - make sure your phone is charged so you can get the email with the door code! What a lovely hotel! My family enjoyed our five nights at this lovely little gem in Turku. The room was clean and well appointed. We loved that there was a window that would open and a ceiling fan. To top that off there were automatic sun awnings that rolled out at just the right time to keep the room a lovely cool temperature. The front desk staff were friendly and always available to help. The breakfast buffet was delightful. They had lots of gluten free options on the buffet, but also...

There is no direct staff interaction, check in and usage is entirely electronic, but - during a check-in mixup - they were still quick to respond and send me a link to the right form for me to fill out. The room was clean, air-conditioned, and perfectly sized for one or two travelers.
