"Disappointed. For a premium stay, the service was budget-tier. There is a major lack of communication here: they brought the wrong HDMI cable, and then questioned us at checkout about where it was because the staff hadn't tracked that we’d already returned it. To top it off, I was interrupted mid-conversation while eating on the 33rd floor to be told flip-flops weren't allowed—despite zero signage. For this price, I expect much higher standards and basic coordination."

"Cannot fault this hotel except for it being a little too “Disney” for me. I should have researched it better. Also several problems with reservations at the property restaurants. They were very confused and after four separate calls from them to change restaurant, view and menu I decided to cancel and go elsewhere. But the property itself is very nice, i just personally like a more adult property and a little less costly."

"I very much enjoyed my stay here, it’s comfortable and very close to lots of food, shopping, and nightlife. The staff and friendly and attentive and the room service food is delicious. I spent a lot of time away from the hotel so I didn’t get to eat at the restaurants but I’ve heard that the other food is delicious as well. The view from the rooftop pool alone Is worth what it costs to stay here, which isn’t bad either. "
