"We had a lovely stay. Our room was luxurious with stunning views that we enjoyed each day. The staff were delightful and helped us with arranging a transfer from Hanoi, scooter once we got there and spa services. The breakfast each morning was filled with a great selection and the on site restaurant was delicious. Would happily stay again. "

"Phan Loc and all the staff in the bar, reception and restaurant were gracious and welcoming. They worked hard to ensure the celiac in our group had safe gluten free food at breakfast and dinner and they even modified bar drinks to ensure they were celiac safe. The location is convenient and safe. It is nice that they have chefs cooking up omelette and egg dishes to order each morning. The newer poolside room we stayed in was beautiful and spotless. The housekeepers do a great job. We look forward to staying at this hotel again. We extended our stay a few times because we liked it so much. "

"Great location, peaceful and stunning views. Close to everything you need. Staff were fantastic with country hospitality. Some spoke English and some didnt but the translator came in handy and at the end of the day you are visiting a country where English is not a first langauge. 5 stars. "

"Best spot to stay in Tam Coc! We stayed here for 4 nights at room 223 . The location is just on the outskirts of “downtown” quiet and peaceful, but walking distance (5-10min) to anything in town. We were able to rent motorbikes for the days here for such an affordable price. The bed was comfortable, sheets were clean, and the hot water and water pressure were fantastic. I saw negative reviews about bugs, but they seemed to solve that problem as well didn’t have any. The view alone should sway anyone yes to stay here. It’s a mom and pop type of business , the owner and staff were super helpful and nice!"
