"Awesome hotel right next to the village market, I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms they are clean, updated and very large over looking the lagoon. I highly recommend visiting the Greek café in the village next-door for breakfast, lunch and dinner or bones bar downstairs for a quick drink. The front desk staff were amazing and love the free apples such a nice touch. "
"The entire staff at the Marlin was in a word "Phenomenal"! Traveling the entire Caribbean for over 50 years, we find the Bahamians the most friendliest people ever! We love the interactions with them as they always are quick with a smile, and making you laugh. A special "thank you" to K,C. who works the front gate security as I had the privilege of talking to and learning so much more of the history of Grand Bahama Island! "We liked that there were different restaurant options for the resort because we didn’t care for the buffet too much. The restaurants were outstanding though! The ladies at the spa were very nice as well. We wish the area they did the shows would have had some ac so we didn’t get overheated. We never got to see any of the shows because it was just too hot. We really enjoyed listening to the lady sing every night. The resort was not over crowded. We had a very nice stay overall. Everyone was very polite!"
