"Recently stayed for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel along with the Spa and Pool. We were also very impressed with the Hotel Staff. We were having issues with our air conditioning and the staff quickly arranged for the technician to come and fix the problem even though it was 22:30. They also provided a complimentary local fruit and nut plate the next morning as a gift for the inconvenience the night before. Definitely appreciated the staff’s attention to detail and service. We would definitely stay here again in the future!"

"Clearly proximity to the airport is a huge plus but it was wonderful to have such a pleasant stay to boot! Quiet rooms, kettle tea/coffee in the room, filtered water available, great beds and pillows. Wonderful tapestries hanging in the halls! Original art in the lobby area, a wine store on property, restaurant food actually was good! Definitely one of the best Ibis I’ve stayed in!"

"Lovely hotel in a fantastic location with amazing mountain views. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and the spa was a real highlight of our stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, although service could sometimes be a little slow and not always as attentive as expected. The main downside was the limited choice for vegetarians and vegans at both breakfast and dinner, which made dining options quite restricted. Overall, a great stay with stunning scenery, a lovely spa, and a beautiful hotel. We would happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Kazbegi."

"I had a very pleasant stay. The bed and sheets were good, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast was simple but the omelette they make is really good. They provide water each day which is nice. My only complaint is there was a slight u pleasant smell coming from the bathroom. It smelt kind of like old wet towels (on the first day I arrived). Aside from that, no problems, pleasant stay"
