When redeeming my wine voucher with VIP access, stuff in the bar ignored my arrival and grabbed the voucher from my hand while still on the phone. A disappointing interaction that didn’t reflect the otherwise high standards of the hotel.

Great amenities and flexibility, able to check in late night/early morning to accommodate our schedule flying in. Super clean room, spacious, everything new and well appointed. Breakfast was amazing, good variety, excellent quality and service. 10 minutes drive from the airport and free, easy parking. Very nice and friendly staff. We will be back, highly recommended.
