By far the best place I’ve stayed in in Kitwe. Green and beautiful, great food, they even have a gym and sauna even though for some strange reason they don’t mention it in their amenities section.

It was very clean, nice, and beautiful! I loved those impalas who walked around the premises and the peacocks! Loved the clean rooms with all the new bedings and nice and comfortable furniture! Loved it!!! It was much better than my expectations!

the room was clean, shower water temperature was hot; only saw 2 small roaches, one around the refrigerator and another near the bathroom sink wall. The group of young hospitality workers were very hard working and courteous. The free breakfast was excellent. The pay for meals at the restaurant for lunch and dinner was also excellent . The hotel seems to be a older structure and probably time to invest in remodeling.

Nice hotel with huge bedroom. No problem of electricity, hot water. Breakfast correct. Price good. If I compare to a famous hotel not far from this one, Gloria Inn is much better. This hotel must be known.

Baluba is a great place to stay and everything was spectacular

Excellent expect for the breakfast that needs to be looked into. Every thing else was just fine.
