"Booked a room with a Partial Lake View but on arrival was allocated a room facing the rear of the property and overlooking a car park (the opposite direction to the lake). Property was generally shabby and nothing like the advertised photos. I declined to stay as it was of a very poor standard "

"From the pick up at 0130AM from the airport to the warm reception once I woke, to the food and garden, clean rooms and pool, this is the perfect place to fight some jet lag and have as home base… I kept extending .. just couldn’t leave .. definitely a jewel in the Malawi crown and the epitome of “Warm Heart” hospitality!"
