I recently stayed here and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and had enough space to relax properly. The bed was comfortable and the basic facilities were available as expected. I also found the staff to be polite and cooperative whenever I needed any assistance. A beautifully renovated Haveli that truly gives the feel of old Delhi in times past. All details carefully attended to. Staff is gracious, attentive and very proud of the hotel. We loved Old Delhi- the winding streets, tiny shops and feel of the past. It is pretty chaotic, though, and probably not for everyone. But if you would like a window into the past, it’s for you-

The hotel is good, staff is great and helpful, breakfast is good. It is tricky to find the hotel at first but you learn the way and then that's it. The surrounding area is busy; we did not have food close to the hotel but there are options. The manager helped us to find a driver for the city tours and he is great. The room is as in the pictures; a bit smaller that expected. There is a cafe/bar in the first floor, very convenient.
