10/10 Excellent
"Definitely a dated property but an exceptionally maintained one at that. Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was a nice treat in the morning with real eggs and brewed coffee. Would absolutely stay again"
"The breakfast was alot better then i expected. Said I didn't find out until i missed to. My family spend alot of time in the swim area and it was disappointing no plugs, jets didn't work and seemed to be the pne spot that wasn't that clean"
"Super 8 Windham in Grand Junction was good stay for me and my daughter. Front desk peeps were efficient and nice. Issues? Microwave door did not open after cooking food. continental breakfast bar was not continental: Only sugary products except white bread.
My military discount was not honored. No good TV programming unless you are Mormon and MAGA. Rooms were clean. That's that......"
"There was remodeling and the smell of carpet glue was over whelming. The remodel job was very subpar.
Breakfast was nasty and not very clean.
Staff was nice but not very helpful.
We hiked 4 bikes up the stairs because they couldn't accommodate us in the ground floor."
"Never stayed at a TRU property before, but having been on the road for the past 10 days, we knew what we wanted (and didn't). The place was decorated very hip and looked like no other hotel lobby I've been in before. The front desk was surrounded by every travel and snack product imaginable. Of course, none of it was complementary. The place just felt weird and as far as we could tell, the location was in an old industrial park. When we got to our room, we about barfed from the smell. Apparently, they were having sewage problems, and moved us immediately to another room. What really disappointed us was the $15 charge for parking. Really? We had stayed in some very nice locations the past 10 days, and we weren't charged anything for the privilege of parking in their parking lots. C'mon man!"
