"quiet and clean. was not there long but would stay again when back in the city. parking was very easy."

"The lobby and restaurant are brand new but as soon as you look on any other floor it’s really just outdated. It was clean enough though. Our balcony looked onto the rooftop which had a pile of gravel and several skylight windows over the pool under tarp. Our screen on the door was entirely ripped on the bottom. The shower was good, although it’s only a half glass door, so the floor gets wet outside. Again, not a big deal just noticeable. In the basement there is 2 lanes of bowling, a version of a mini putt and a small arcade where only half the machines work. You must pay to use every thing. It’s a free for all down there otherwise. When I arrived there were already 3 cars parking in front to check in, and so I had to wait on the street hoping traffic would go around and not hit me. It’s not ideal at all. Staff was friendly. Bed was good. For not having a free breakfast, I don’t think I would choose again- although the price was right."

"Accommodations were nice. However, there was a kid's baseball tournament in town and they were running around the hallways while parents partied...lots of slamming doors, shouting and laughing well past 10:00 pm. I was told a day in advance that there would be absolutely no early check-in available.for anyone. This was untrue. many others that attended the same event as I did told me that they showed up before 2:00 and were checked in."

"Parking was onsite and easy. Check in was good. Asked for a late check out by email and was told subject to availability. Asked again at check in and was told they’d have to see in the morning. I was running a half marathon in the morning and needed to know if I’d have a place to shower post run. Had to call at 7am and was finally granted an hour. WiFi was good but TV wasn’t a smart TV which is always nice."

"We ended up getting stuck in the elevator for about 45 minutes, nobody at the front desk answered the help button or acknowledged the alarm ringing. We went to London to watch the pbr show and ended up missing the whole beginning and missing our dinner reservations. Only got help when we heard a couple talking outside of the elevator and we told them we were stuck through the door and they said they would go let the front desk know. It was extremely hot in the elevator after about 15 minutes and one of the people with us was claustrophobic. When we finally got out, the hotel manager assured our rooms and and parking would be comped no problem. Great. Then when we were checking out I had asked the lady at the front desk to ensure we would not be charged and she said she was unable to do anything because it was booked through expedia. Obviously the elevator getting stuck was not the hotels fault but what bothered me was the fact that it took over 15 minutes to get a hold of the hotel staff, were told our stay would be covered and then it wasn’t."
