"Todo bien. Pero cuando llegamos, no entraban nuestra reserva que hicimos en hotels.com y perdimos 1 hora en ello.
Resulta que hotels.com había hecho la reserva a través de expedía.com.
Después de una hora encontramos el número específico que querían los del hotel, ya que el que nos había asignado hoteles.com no servía.
Tratamos varias veces en llamar a hotels.com y nadie respondía.
Fue una odisea, pero fue problema de hotels.com, no del hotel. "
