"Amazing resort! Such a beautiful setting. It’s like being in a luxurious jungle. Private rooms and private patio was incredible. Restaurant is excellent. My wife had one of the best massages of her life at the spa. Highly recommend!"

"This is a budget hotel. For that category, it is very good/excellent. It's very clean and the staff is incredibly nice and helpful. However, it's still a budget hotel and as such, the furnishings are more utilitarian than comfortable. The beds and pillows in particular are horribly uncomfortable. Do not eat in the restaurant. It's terrible. So bad in fact that we elected not to eat the free breakfast. Ordered nachos one day and they came cold and were inedible. They basically poured cold cheese sauce over chips and added sour cream and jalapeños and then put cooked meat on top. Didn't even heat the whole thing before serving. Worse than you could get at a movie theater because at least there the sauce comes hot. It's too bad that the food is so bad. I expect more from this hotel chain. It was their one major failing."
