"The room was very clean! The outdoor area was very nice and family oriented. There was a loud crew while we were there but everything was quiet by 10. The staff was accommodating and the kids had fun! There were some unfinished repairs like putty spots covered over without paint but overall I was very satisfied. Great area and about 15 minutes from the grotto!"

"The appearance from the outside will leave you wondering why you booked this hotel. The renovations on the second floor are up to date. It would be nice to have staff on hand for an early check out. The lobby doors are locked so you must find a side exit. Our shampoo and body wash containers were not refilled and unfortunately only noticed in the morning. I am sure once all renovations are done inside and outside this will be a great hotel."

"LANG LAKE RESORT IS THE ESSENCE OF ONTARIO COTTAGE COUNTRY -- BEAUTIFUL WATER AND LANDSCAPE VIEWS GREETED US ALONG WITH THE SOUND OF BIRDS AND THE CONVERSATION OF FRIENDLY STAFF AND GUESTS. (KEEP IN MIND THAT MOSQUITOS, etc ARE ALSO PART OF COTTAGE COUNTRY, BUT, THIS IS SIMPLY TO REMIND YOU TO BE PREPARED--NOT TO COMPLAIN OR TO SUGGEST THAT THE OUTDOOR CRITTERS WERE ANY BETTER OR WORSE THAN ELSEWHERE IN ONTARIO!) WE HAD A LOVELY TWO-NIGHT STAY AND ARE CURRENTLY EXPLORING THE OPTION OF HEADING BACK THIS SUMMER WITH A FEW OF OUR FAMILY MEMBERS."
