"Emplacement pratique. Hôtel agréable, mais très mal insonorisé autant entre les chambres qu' avec le couloir. Résultat, nuit hachée et courte.ventilateur apprécié."

"We neglected to get parking instructions, so we parked on the street and had to drag our luggage a couple of blocks. Ask for the name of the underground parking almost right at their door. I can't recall the name of the front desk guy, but he was the most delightful Indian young man. He saw us coming across the square, with me pushing a walker, so he ran down the stairs and carried our luggage up the stairs while my husband helped me up. He was the most caring, outgoing front desk person I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He spoke English with his lovely accent, apologizing for how rusty his English was. We were given two complimentary mocktails in the lovely bar they have, and met a bartender as charming at the front desk guy. Again, forgot his name, but he was Argentinian and spoke good English as wel. I loved the dark paint and wallpaper - very calming. In spite of being right in the middle of the action, our room was blessed silent. The tram station is right out front so you can just park your car and forget about it. We ate at the Brasserie du Ralliement occupying a grand old theatre just a few steps down from the hotel."

"Room was well equipped and clean. Staff were nice, a little trouble speaking in English. No complaints. Air conditioning didn’t work in the room or gym, so had to keep window open even in rain at night. Breakfast was the low point. All eggs, sausage and bacon were finished just 1.5hrs into breakfast and had to wait 20mins to get eggs. The scrambled eggs were completely dry. The same loaf of bread and cake was served for 3 days in a row, so they were stale. Extremely disappointed with breakfast!"

"A deux pas de la gare à pieds, avec un restaurant au pied du bâtiment. Accueil 24h/24. Personnel très accueillant et disponible. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Chambre de taille correcte et propre, bien équipée. Accès ascenseur à partir du 1er étage seulement. Petit bémol hôtel mal insonorisé."
