"First let me start by saying that the staff at this hotel was always helpful and smiling. They really went out of their way to ensure that you were comfortable. My one disappointment however was that this trip was celebrating my 50th birthday. I was asked upon checking-in if I were celebrating a special occasion and I informed the staff yes and gave them that information however, my birthday was not acknowledged by the hotel. I am not saying that it was a must however I was surprised that a hotel of that standard did not as I would have stayed at various hotels across the island and they usually do. That being said, the room was gorgeous and exremely clean and comfortable. It had everything you could possibly want and was like a home away from home. There was a full kitchen with fride, oven, microwave and all the accompanying utensils but most impressive, this room came with a BBQ grill and a flat screen tv in both the living area and the bedroom. I was in a room wirh a private pool and I would suggest this to anyone just for the experience (you get the best of both worlds).If you opt out of a private pool, there are numerous public pools to choose from and, did i say the word GORGEOUS already? From the rooms, to the property to the beaches; simply gorgeous; a true paradise. There are also a number of restaurants on property that caters to all. This is my second stay at the Crane and God spare life, there will be a third."

"La habitacion estaba bien, las ventanas no cierran bien y hay mucha humedad si no se mantiene el aire bajo. El restaurante un desastre, no es un "all inclusive" tradicional, no puedes pedir lo que quieras. Tienes un desayuno, un almuerzo, y una cena de una carta muy limitada, donde las opciones mas interesantes tienen costo adicional. Las bebidas son de mala calidad."

"Me gustó la ubicación, buena cama, tranquilo y excelentes desayunos. Limpieza cuestionable, piso no estaba muy limpio cuando recibí la habitación, la limpieza del baño es pobre deben subir su estándar de limpieza en general. Cuando uno sale y paga para estar en un hotel como ese la limpieza debe ser primordial. En el lobby siempre hay un olor a grasa y aceite muy desagradable pareciera que no limpian bien."
