Very nice new clean property, warm and friendly hosts and inexpensive. Close to night life and restaurant.

I loved every minute of my stay at the villa. The accommodations were excellent, clean and new. We had ocean views within a 5 minute walk to the beach. The property manager, Nancy was helpful and informative. thwte was some construction of another villa nearby which made for some noise but it was overall quiet.

Private swim pool carved out of beach coral rock with ocean flowing through. Unbelievably cool!!!! Extremely private. Beach barista makes best mango daiquiri in world- yummy. Walking distance from airport if lightly loaded. Prices high for everything. Come loaded and have a good time.

Diamond in the ruff !!! we didnt know hat to expect when we arrived but we love this place will stay again. Great staff with a nice restaurant on facility.

Food is scarce and expensive in Exuma. Bring nuts,snacks in suitcase.$3 can of peanuts at Costco cost $28 in Exuma.Locals are very helpful and have the phone number of all the other locals(ie tour guides, drivers) on speed dial.Everything (conch, coleslaw, BBQ chicken, fries) at Edgewater Restaurant is "to die for", big portions,better value than Fish Fry.Big grocery store next door. Bring lots of cash, especially $5 bills. I'd buy 2 dinners at a time and have it "to go". I put one in the fridge...

Ms. Flowers was so just sweet host and manager! Ryan was so helpful and even drove us to the airport last minute! Everyone was so cool including Jason the Bartender. The dinner was so fun because the music was awesome and it was right on the water. Great vibes! Recommended to everyone our friend had his yacht on the slip at the marina there. Perfect location! Great room! Thank you all!
