"This hotel beautifully incorporates nature into its design, making guests feel seamlessly immersed in the IguazĂș jungle, almost like natives of the environment. The pools are wonderful, and the staff throughout the property are warm and welcoming, making this a truly worthwhile stay. The only area for improvement would be the front desk staff, who did not seem as friendly or inviting as the rest of the team."

"The apartment was very big and overall good. There are a lot of restaurants and shops around. Wi-fi was good. A few drawbacks: the bathtubs could have been cleaner (especially the curtain). It was extremely noisy during the night as the balconies face a main street. The pillows were terrible. The staff was very responsive about check-in but the payment failed and I had to come back to the apartment during the day in the middle of our stay to process the payment (they took an extra hour to come to charge me, so we lost a lot of time from our visit to Iguazu). The AC in the main bedroom and living room were not very cooling. "
