The property was in great location as to what we needed. It was very clean and the communication/ response was very prompt. We enjoyed our time there!

What a wonderful hotel!!! The hotel was elegant, very clean, very thought out. There wasnt anything missing. There was even a kitchenette an a Nespresso machine, which was a lovely touch. The rooms were very comfortable in size. Even the elevator was pretty. Tonia who greeted us and checked us in was just lovely and as quick as you can get to satisfy your needs. In minutes she found a hairdresser one of us needed, she made reservations at a fabuloys local pub/eatery famous for their appetizers...

Good location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms. Great shopping just down the road.

We got lost and the owner stayed on the phone with us until we found the hotel. It’s so enchanting like something from a movie. The lady that made the breakfast was precious and wanted to make sure we were completely happy. A lovely experience.

We were warmly greeted upon arrival, the room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with many options.

We had an excellent stay in suite Zitta, perfect view, comfortable bed, clean jakuzzi, big and clean bathroom with everything you need, spacious terrace, tasty breakfast, parking for everyone, not close to taverns, you need a car. I had extensive communication in advance with Tonia and thaks to her hospitality I booked the best accommodation exactly as per our preferences.

Way over accellent. Clean, kind stuff. Everything was perfect.

Even better than we expected

Lovely room in a grand, traditional house. Ka Anthi was a kind and solicitous hostess who took beautiful care of us. Nice breakfast!

The place is beautiful with warm staff that helps you and guide you for quesions you have. The hotel has pool and is very closed to the beach. What you see in the pictures site is what you get. It is highly recomend to stay there. Please take into consideration it is a place to rest and be around and don't go too much to others places in Pelion since the access includes old roads and very "thin"

Unfortunately we only stayed for 2 days it was a quick buisness trip but I have been to other hotels in Volos & Portaria and the Valeni is hands down the most relaxing and all of the service was excellent I have absolutely no complaints. Food was great, Coffee was excellent, pool was fun, the views at night were great also.

Great Accomodation for the price. They have high customer rating and that is why I chose it.
