It was a sound proof room. We had a king size bed, the mattress was from not soft. There were large pillows, 2 firm and 2 soft. When you turn of the lights in the bathroom, the exhaust fan takes a few minutes to turn off automatically. The breakfast was great. We had hot cheese omelet made and there was scrambled eggs at the buffet with sausages and some veggies like different bell peppers and olives. Our room was spacious and the staff was quick to relocate us when we had a plumbing issue. On site saunas (4) and pool. Good breakfast (included) and on-site restaurant. Parking is ample and location super convenient.

Boutique H.O.H. Is truly a beautiful masterpiece. I have been traveling Croatia for a few months and I can most definitely say this is the best place I have stayed. The Esplanade is a lovely hotel with marvelous food and a great staff who go out of their way to make your stay as personally pleasing as possible. It is on the higher end, but well worth the treat. Close walk to the main arteries and tons of great restaurants. Do love the no smoking as many other bars serving food allow it…so be prepared during the colder months.

It couldn't have surprised us more. At first approach it looks like it's in the back of nowhere; but the place and the staff are exceptional. Early morning wake-up, no problem - what time do you want your breakfast? 4:30 ? Great! Then shuttle @ 5:00? No problem! We asked for a taxi to take us to the main Zagreb Square - he got us a limo for the same price & very reasonable.

The apartment was clean and easy to access. Even though I used a taxi service, the airport is within walking distance and very easy to reach. I would definitely book this place again.

Worked great for 1 night before we flew home. The joint rooms were practical for our family of 6.
