"The room was a bit “tired” and could do with updating.
The coffee mugs in the room were terrible, one was so dangerous without a handle. It was too hot to hold it, & the other one had a very high handle so it easily slipped and tipped ! "

"Everything stood out, the hotel was clean fresh, friendly. The staff were always available and visible. They helped with any requests from booking cabs, to recommending places to visits and salons. I needed a hairdresser and they got one to come to the hotel. The amenities were really good, spa, indoor pool, outside pool, beach, restaurant. I had a hot tub I. My room which was maintained everyday. Cannot fault the stay at all."
